In 1999 I joined Mark O’Donoghue at Finlease. The previous 10 years were well spent at Australian Guarantee Corporation (AGC) and previous to that had 10 good years with American consumer finance company Household Finance. The last move I made to Finlease is the best move I ever made. You may ask why? And in one word it’s the culture.

My team of over 20 help assist current and prospective clients in providing asset finance and operating lease solutions to a number of market segments including the civil sector, aviation, rail, food, printing, health & fitness and technology. Our team specialises in financing such assets as Technology (hardware, software and services), fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, locomotives, track equipment and wagons, printing presses, yellow goods such as excavators and alike, gym equipment and food processing machinery.

Our moto is relationship before transaction. This means that we firstly listen well so that we clearly understand what a client does and what they actually need and then deliver on what we promise. We are looking for life long relationships with our clients.

Our job is to make finance easy. We often hear that banks and finance companies are hard to deal with and we work hard at making sure that any customer experience with Finlease is total the opposite. We want to delight our customers with our service levels!

At a personal level, I am the only son of Italian immigrants that came to Australia in 1966. We made Mt Druitt in the western suburbs of Sydney home. I have three wonderful grown up children, recently lost my wife to motor neurone disease and live in Bella Vista. I am a very keen horse racing person and love all sports. Above all I greatly love my family.
