Val has over 30 years in finance with varied roles spanning from managing sales teams, holding senior credit authorities to managing business within the banking section. Prior to forming Finrent Val spent 10 years as a Senior Manager at Australian Guarantee Corporation (AGC).

Operations Manager - Partner Program
Charlie Blancato has over 20 years of experience in the Printing and Finance Industries, having worked for a multinational such as Canon Australia, major banks in The Bank of Queensland and Investec, and a smaller organisation in Alliance Equipment Finance, a Vendor Finance Broker Specialist.
Charlie has been involved in developing finance products and programmes and running the operations. Charlie developed an excellent understanding of the processes and requirements of all stakeholders within chains, having closely interacted with Senior Management, Direct Sales Channels, Indirect Sales Channels (i.e Dealers and Distributors), Finance, Marketing, Legal, Credit, Logistics, IT, Service Technicians and most importantly the end user customer.
During the last 5 years, he has been responsible for the Managed Services Programme working closely with the Vendor Finance Team and various banks that has brought him a wealth of knowledge he uses today.

Vasa Eleninovski has more than 15 years’ experience in sales and customer service and has been with the Finlease Group for the past year, following a successful role with The Bank of Queensland overseeing credit approvals from small to multi-million dollar transactions.
